riendshipsCullen is a strong willed and skilled leader. He has a good relationship with all those who serve under him. He is the Commander of the Order of the Eternal Fire and one of Targaryen Loyalists in Westeros. He is a pious man and prays to the Lord of Light. Though he is not overly pious, He does not force his religion upon others in his spare time but as part of his job as the Commander of the Millitant Part of the Faith he serves the High Priestess Selaehra Maegyr and converts those who will take the Red god as their only god. Beyond his station as Commander he is a bit of a dork and drinks wine in the company of those high enough in rank to see who he truly is find him quite a pleasant man to be around. Though he does have inner demons about some things he had done as a Soldier.

Cullen is a awkward man when it comes to the opposite Sex. When he was just a soldier two of the other soldiers forced him to rape a woman and laughed before taking her away and telling Cullen they had killed her. He is scarred by this and has not touched a woman since.E

As one of the Supreme Commanders of the Targaryen Invasion he has enemies all over the Seven Kingdoms. Though he takes the sword to those who would defy his Kings Orders. He is one of the Greatest Knights in Aegon's Service next to Arthur Dayne.
